About the Journal

Pensar - Revista de Ciência Jurídica (Journal of Legal Sciences) was founded by the Centro de Ciências Jurídicas (Legal Sciences Center) of the University of Fortaleza (Unifor), in 1992. It consolidated its academic importance from the relevant scientific discussions it has conducted, whether in the field of Law or related disciplines, according to the editorial line. It is intended for the dissemination of scientific articles, research results, essays, translations and reviews, through a four-monthly publication under a digital version of free access through the Unifor electronic journals portal (http://periodicos.unifor.br/rpen). It is evaluated in stratum A1 by the QUALIS / CAPES Commission (2017) and registered in several indexers.
