Abstract

Desponta no Supremo Tribunal Federal nova abordagem acerca dos efeitos do mandado de injunção. A mudança paradigmática é uma resposta ao descaso do Poder Legislativo à regularização das normas constitucionais de eficácia limitada. A síndrome da inefetividade, paulatinamente, está sendo extirpada de texto constitucional.
