Abstract

Este artigo procura descobrir as razões que fazem do mandado de injunção brasileiro uma garantia sem valor e aponta saídas para o impasse. This article tries to discover the reasons that make the brazilian writ of injunction an unused remedy and indicates solutions to break its inertia.
