Preprint Submission

Pensar – Journal of Legal Studies adopts practices aligned with Open Science and accepts the submission of articles previously deposited in nationally and internationally recognized preprint servers.

Authors who have already made their manuscripts available in preprint repositories (such as SSRN, Zenodo, SciELO Preprints, among others) may submit them to the journal, provided that they clearly indicate, at the time of submission, the access link and the deposited version.

Prior publication in preprint repositories does not constitute prior publication and does not preclude the evaluation of the article, as long as the version submitted to Pensar is unpublished in scientific journals and complies with the journal’s editorial guidelines.
