Abstract

O artigo traz uma crítica à Teoria Pura de Kelsen sob uma perspectiva política. Através da doutrina de Oscar Correas, Roberto Lyra e Dacisio Correa, o autor ressalta a limitação da teoria preconizada por Kelsen e esboça alguns pensamentos com a finalidade de justificar uma sociologia jurídica alternativa.
