Doutor em Direito (UNIFOR) e em Educação (UFC). Pós-Doutorado na Universidade de Czestoschowa. Bacharel em Direito, Administração de Empresas (UECE) e em Administração Pública (UECE). Professor do Mestrado Profissional em Direito e Gestão de Conflitos da Universidade Fortaleza (UNIFOR). Ministrou aulas na Rússia, Índia, Polônia, Hungria e República Checa.
