Abstract

As agências reguladoras foram instituídas no Brasil com o intuito de trazer maior eficiência na prestação de serviços de interesse público. Todavia, os preços altos e a baixa taxa de satisfação com a qualidade desses serviços sinalizam a ocorrência do fenômeno da captura.
