Open Access and Creative Commons License Policy

Pensar – Journal of Legal Sciences provides open, immediate, and free access to all its content as a way to promote the global democratization of knowledge.

According to the international definition of Open Access, all published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0), which grants any user the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, process them as data in software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, provided that proper authorship is attributed and the original source of publication in Pensar – Journal of Legal Sciences is cited.

The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts.
