Bem-estar do Indivíduo, Consciência de Saúde e Hábitos Alimentares Saudáveis como Antecedentes do Consumo de Alimentos Orgânicos

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é investigar como o bem-estar do indivíduo, a consciência de saúde e os hábitos alimentares saudáveis influenciam o consumo de alimentos orgânicos. Foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa descritiva, utilizando uma amostragem não probabilística, e a coleta de dados foi feita por meio de um survey on-line, distribuído pela técnica snowball, com uma amostra de 402 respondentes. Os dados foram analisados utilizando a Modelagem de Equações Estruturais, com o apoio dos softwares SPSS e AMOS. Os resultados principais indicam que o consumo de alimentos orgânicos é consideravelmente influenciado pelo bem-estar do indivíduo. Além disso, hábitos alimentares saudáveis mostraram uma relação positiva com o consumo de alimentos orgânicos, enquanto a consciência de saúde não apresentou uma influência significativa. Por um lado, as contribuições teóricas ampliam o entendimento sobre o consumo orgânico e, por outro, as contribuições metodológicas podem ajudar empresas e profissionais do marketing a compreender melhor as percepções dos consumidores e a atender, de forma mais eficaz, às suas necessidades e aos seus desejos. Este estudo contribui para a literatura ao oferecer uma abordagem inovadora sobre o consumo de alimentos orgânicos, com novas descobertas práticas e gerenciais. Os resultados destacam a importância do bem-estar e dos hábitos saudáveis na escolha por alimentos orgânicos, enquanto o papel da consciência de saúde se mostra relevante na adoção de hábitos alimentares saudáveis.
