¿Por Qué Fracasan Los Emprendedores? Un Análisis De La Afectividad Y La Cognición En El Emprendimiento

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de los emprendedores en situaciones en las cuales se
producen fallas, además de investigar si dichas fallas están influenciadas por la afectividad y/o la cognición. Esta investigación se basa en un enfoque cualitativo exploratorio. Los datos fueron recopilados a través de entrevistas utilizando un guion semiestructurado, llevadas a cabo con nueve emprendedores. El análisis de los resultados se realizó mediante el software Atlas.ti v8, y los datos se agruparon en tres categorías: comportamiento emprendedor, fallas del emprendedor y comportamientos afectivos y cognitivos del emprendedor que influyeron en las fallas. Los resultados evidencian que tanto la afectividad como la cognición ejercen influencia
sobre el comportamiento de los emprendedores, llevándolos a cometer fallos. Se puede concluir que los emprendedores deben aprender a manejar los comportamientos afectivos y cognitivos para minimizar el riesgo de fallas en los negocios.
