“Que comportamento grosseiro!” Itinerários, campo conceitual e novas possibilidades de pesquisas da incivilidade no trabalho

A incivilidade está relacionada à comportamentos desrespeitosos, hostis e rudes, entre os funcionários no ambiente de trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar como encontra-se concebida a estrutura conceitual da incivilidade no trabalho por meio do mapeamento dos itinerários da produção científica internacional. A partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura desenvolvida na Web of Science sem delimitação temporal, foi possível apresentar insights e um entendimento mais amplo e aprofundado desse campo específico de estudo. Os resultados revelaram que a estrutura conceitual do tema é agrupada em quatro clusters de pesquisa, a saber: incivilidade e variáveis moderadoras (concentrada nas experiências dos indivíduos), relação da incivilidade com variáveis do trabalho, incivilidade instigada e cibernética e os antecedentes, e a incivilidade e sua relação com o autocontrole e ansiedade. Além disso, puderam ser identificados os antecedentes e consequentes da incivilidade o que deu luz a um modelo teórico, as práticas e políticas de recursos humanos para mitigar e combater os efeitos da incivilidade e, uma agenda de pesquisa foi desenhada com novas oportunidades. Essa revisão pode orientar gestores e acadêmicos a compreenderem a natureza desse tipo de comportamento e que práticas de RH podem contribuir para mitigar comportamentos incivis no trabalho.
