Como Construir uma Organização Ágil pela Governança de TI

O ambiente de negócios contemporâneo é bastante dinâmico e as organizações, bem como seus executivos, buscam obter desempenho superior e vantagem competitiva por meio dos recursos e capacidades de TI. Este estudo tem por objetivo investigar como a governança de TI pode contribuir para a construção de uma organização ágil. Para viabilizar este estudo, foi empregado o método qualitativo de caso único em uma importante organização de seguros do Brasil. Como resultado, foi identificado que a governança de TI, por meio do alinhamento estratégico entre o negócio e a TI, e da relação com seus mecanismos (processos, estruturas e mecanismos relacionais) e domínios (estratégico, gestão e operacional) integrados ao framework ágil SAFe, habilitou a organização estudada a se tornar mais ágil. O estudo contribui para a literatura de governança de TI e de métodos ágeis, assim como para a prática gerencial, ao propor um modelo de integração entre modelos de governança e métodos ágeis.
