Análise dos Mecanismos de Aquisição e Conversão de Conhecimento para a Acumulação de Capacidade Tecnológica em Bens de Capital Brasileiros

Resumo

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar os processos de aprendizagem e identificar os mecanismos de aquisição e conversão de conhecimento que contribuem significativamente para o processo de acumulação de capacidade tecnológica. Para alcançar esses objetivos, foi realizado um estudo exploratório com 44 empresas do setor de bens de capital mecânicos no Brasil. A contribuição dos mecanismos de aquisição e conversão de conhecimento foi avaliada por meio do Índice de Capacidade Tecnológica (ICT), análise de correspondência e regressão linear múltipla com seleção stepwise. Os resultados indicam níveis variados de influência entre os mecanismos; mostram que, embora tais mecanismos estejam presentes, eles variam em intensidade e contribuição, refletindo diferenças na acumulação de capacidades tecnológicas ao longo do tempo. Iniciativas relacionadas à expansão da capacidade de produção, capacitação em técnicas de produção e processos e sistemas de qualidade estão associadas positivamente ao ICT, indicando um engajamento organizacional mais forte na melhoria de processos. No entanto, observam-se interação limitada com fontes externas de conhecimento, baixos níveis de compartilhamento de conhecimento e um grau reduzido de recombinação de conhecimento codificado. Esses achados destacam a importância de gerenciar eficazmente múltiplos mecanismos de aprendizagem, uma vez que eles influenciam diretamente o ritmo e a trajetória da acumulação de capacidade tecnológica nas firmas.
