Empreendedorismo sustentável: Mapeando proposições para modelos de negócios mais sustentáveis

Resumo

O objetivo foi verificar, na literatura sobre empreendedorismo sustentável, proposições teóricas que contribuem para a elaboração de modelos de negócios mais sustentáveis. O estudo compreende uma revisão sistemática da literatura usando o método ProKnow-C, o qual permitiu a seleção do portfólio de artigos publicados no período 2013-2022, disponíveis na Web of Science,
usando a palavra-chave “sustainable entrepreneurship”. A análise bibliométrica foi empregada para identificar trabalhos influentes
e delinear a estrutura intelectual do campo. Os resultados sugerem que o empreendedorismo sustentável tem desafiado as organizações a eliminar desperdícios, preocuparem-se com a degradação ambiental e com as pessoas afetadas pelas suas práticas, considerando as dimensões da sustentabilidade de forma indissociável. A literatura aponta proposições para integração de
princípios de sustentabilidades, criação de propostas de valor e inovações sustentáveis, estabelecimento de parcerias estratégicas
e comportamentos dos empreendedores para implantar soluções sustentáveis.

Especialista em Gestão Estratégica de Compras e Vendas (URI), Marketing (UFRGS), Direito Tributária pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2013) e Direito Previdenciário (2015).
