¿Mañana todavía tendré trabajo? Estructura y agenda de investigación de la inseguridad laboral

Resumen

La inseguridad laboral se caracteriza por el temor y la angustia de perder el empleo, así como por la sensación de impotencia ante la imposibilidad de modificar esta realidad. Esta revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo identificar cómo se caracteriza la estructura conceptual de la inseguridad laboral, al tiempo que propone nuevos rumbos de investigación. El estudio se llevó a cabo utilizando las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus, las cuales, tras la aplicación de algunos filtros, arrojaron 277 artículos, analizados mediante los paquetes bibliometrix y shiny, conformando la muestra final. Los resultados permitieron trazar el perfil de las publicaciones, presentando un panorama de la producción científica sobre el tema en el período de 1979 hasta 2024. El análisis de estos resultados se dividió en dos tópicos de investigación: i) identificación de los indicadores bibliométricos, contemplando el perfil de las publicaciones sobre inseguridad laboral y la estructura conceptual del campo de la inseguridad laboral; ii) proposición de una agenda de investigación con nuevos caminos por recorrer. Se prospecta que, con este estudio, se puedan desarrollar nuevos desdoblamientos, partiendo del estado del arte actual para avanzar en el conocimiento, al proponer nuevos insights que impulsen el tema de la inseguridad laboral.
