Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the digital technologies used in the knowledge management process in the marketing sector of a large higher education institution in southern Brazil. Together, we seek to identify possible improvement points in the observed practice and the theoretical proposal developed during the study. Empirical data were collected through semi-structured interviews and complemented with a documental survey and participant observation in loco.
