Amanhã ainda terei trabalho? Estrutura e agenda de pesquisa da insegurança laboral

A insegurança no trabalho caracteriza-se pelo receio e pela angústia de perder o emprego, bem como pela sensação de impotência diante da impossibilidade de modificação dessa realidade. Esta revisão sistemática teve como objetivo identificar como se caracteriza a estrutura conceitual da insegurança no trabalho, ao passo que propõe novos direcionamentos de pesquisa. O estudo
foi conduzido utilizando as bases de dados da Web of Science e Scopus, que, após aplicação de alguns filtros, encontraram 277 artigos, analisados por meio dos pacotes bibliometrix e shiny, formando a amostra final. Os resultados possibilitaram traçar o perfil das publicações, apresentando um panorama da produção científica sobre o tema no período de 1979 até 2024. A análise desses resultados foi dividida em dois tópicos de pesquisa: i) identificação dos indicadores bibliométricos, contemplando o perfil das publicações sobre insegurança no trabalho e estrutura conceitual do campo da insegurança no trabalho; ii) proposição de uma agenda de pesquisa com novos caminhos a percorrer. Prospecta-se que, com este estudo, novos desdobramentos possam
ser desenvolvidos, partindo do estado da arte atual para avançar no conhecimento, ao propor novos insights que alavanquem o tema da insegurança no trabalho.
