Multiprofessional and interdisplinary assistance of hypertensive clientele

The work objective describe the lived-experience in a league of arterial hypertension that gives multiprofessional and interdisciplinary assistance at hipertensive clientele, that have the finality of promoter the quality of life of this clientele, with preventives and extensives actions by the family and community. The actives are classified in four areas: administrative, educative, assistance and research. The actions involve two nivels: individual attendance and education to the health in group. The process of evaluation involve measure of the reached coverage; evaluation of the redemption of group; identification of the change of style of life in clientele and appreciation of the your adherence at the treatment. A experience contributed to the construction of the knowledge and professional growth, and to the offer of appropriate assistance at hypertensive clentele, involving the family and community.Downloads
