Abstract

Objective: In this article, the protocol of the study "Nutritional Care in Palliative Care - Case Study" is presented in detail. Methods: This study aims to understand the role of nutritional care in a palliative care service and to analyse the factors involved in the integration and intervention of nutritionists and other professionals responsible for this area in this service. Results and conclusion: The description and analysis of nutritional care activities generated in the work context of palliative care services is nowadays a central area of nutritional research in palliative care.
