Factores que influyen el aprendizaje interorganizativo en una red formada de organizaciones de sectores distintos

Las investigaciones anteriores sobre el aprendizaje interorganizativo (AIO) se centran en la identificación de los factores asociados al aprendizaje sin explicitar los niveles de análisis para sugestión, ya sea de red o de organización. Esta investigación analiza los factores que influyen en AIO a nivel de la organización y de la red, y descríbelos puntos clave que hay que tener en cuenta para gestionarla VIO a ambos niveles. Se realizó un estudio de caso en una red de organizaciones sin interdependencia (económica, de proceso, de coproducción o de naturaleza jurídica), una configuración de red poco evidenciada en la literatura. Los datos se recogieron mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas con representantes de las organizaciones de la red y se analizaron cualitativamente, utilizando el análisis temático. Los resultados muestran que los factores externos a la red influyen la motivación para su creación o reconfiguración; los factores de laredo afectan a la adquisición de conocimientos por parte de las organizaciones que participan en la red, mientras que los factores organizativos están relacionados con la internalización del conocimiento.
