Impacto da Confiança na Relação entre Gestão de Riscos Relacionais e Engajamento Colaborativo

O estudo objetiva averiguar o impacto da gestão de riscos relacionais (GRR) no engajamento colaborativo (EC) com parceiros de negócio e testar a confiança (CONF) como mediadora desta relação. Utilizou-se survey, com questionário eletrônico, aplicado a gestores de empresas. Analisaram-se os dados utilizando-se Modelagem de Equações Estruturais, operacionalizada através do software SmartPLS 3.2.6. Os resultados obtidos apontam que todos os itens do modelo de mensuração apresentaram cargas fatoriais superiores a 0,72 e que os intervalos de confiança (I.C.- 95%) foram significativos, confirmando o modelo proposto com indicadores que representam os construtos. Os achados evidenciaram relação positiva e significativa da GRR e da CONF com o EC. Como contribuição, demonstra-se que o gerenciamento de riscos e a confiança são aspectos relevantes para que os parceiros se engajem colaborativamente, reforçando a necessidade de gerenciar os riscos para maximizar benefícios gerados com o relacionamento.
