Reflections on the History and on the Educational Phenomenon

This work presents some considerations in the History field, trying to analyse the educational question before multiple economial, social and technological changes, ocurred at the end of 20 th. century and at the beginning of a new millennium. Here, we propose the discussion whether educators have been or not that kind of professional able to organize a theoritical , methodological structure that can support Education nowadays. In spite of not being conclusive, we sign the History of Education as a problable area of understanding, a starting and termination point for building a possiblity of a collective and universal conception of Educational phenomenon.
