Redes Sociales Empresariales y Efectuación: Una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

El objetivo de esta investigación es investigar las relaciones entre las redes sociales emprendedoras y la lógica de efectuación. Para ello, se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura (RSL) siguiendo los lineamientos de la Colaboración Cochrane (Kitchenham & Charters, 2009). Las búsquedas se realizaron en el Portal de Periódicos Capes, utilizando los términos: redes sociales y efectuación. Inicialmente se encontraron 163 referencias potencialmente relevantes, pasaron por estrategias de selección, se eligieron 21 artículos. Estos se analizaron utilizando los softwares Litmaps® y Bibliometrix®, seguido de una síntesis de los principales resultados, contribuciones y lagunas. Los resultados muestran que los artículos que abordan las redes sociales emprendedoras y la lógica de efectuación son recientes, la mayoría publicados entre 2019 y 2024. Los artículos buscaron desarrollar una teoría sobre el proceso de formación de redes, exploraron los elementos presentes en la red social emprendedora, e investigó el desempeño de las redes en pequeñas empresas, en mercados emergentes, en proceso de internacionalización de las empresas. La RSL genera contribuciones como la identificación de brechas científicas que deben explorarse en futuras investigaciones: la falta de madurez conceptual sobre la emergencia y estructuración de redes desde la perspectiva de la efectividad; la coexistencia de características de los enfoques de efectividad y causalidad; la comprensión de cómo la integración en redes promueve el acceso a recursos e influye en la toma de decisiones; y el desempeño de estudios longitudinales y mixtos en mercados emergentes.
