Análise de um modelo de co-geração a partir de resíduos sólidos urbanos.

Abstract

With the imminent possibility of rationing of electric energy and due to the need to solve the problem joined to the deposits of urban waste, in this work it's analysed the technical and economic viability of the employment of a co-generation system with back-pressureva pourt urbine, using as fuel urban solids residues. Was made initially the energetic analysis ofthe proposed system in way to size the capacities and associated performances. Later on, it is looked for the conditions of economic viability for the co-generation systems associated to the urban waste. The evaluation approached parameters like urban solid waste cost, tariff practised for purchase of electricity, annual rates of interests number of annual hours of operation and the period of payback associated to the system, in mode to show the importance of those factors in decentralised generation of energy and reduction of the impacts generated by the urban waste deposits.
