Qualidade de vida percebida no trabalho e os serviços de manutenção: estudo de caso em uma indústria no estado do Ceará.

Abstract

The present case was accomplished in the maintenance section at an industry in the state of Ceará. Starting from the ergonomics concepts, organization of the work, nvironmental and organizational conditions in the labor atmosphere and life quality in the work, it was studied the influence of the environmental and organizational conditions of work in the quality of the workers’ life and their relationship with the quality of the services of maintenance of machines and equipments. It was used as methodology observations and informal interviews with the workers of the section, as well as an evaluation instrument elaborated starting from these information. Through the evaluation instrument, it was possible to elaborate the characterization of the life quality in the work for the workers of the section. This way, in the end of the work recommendations are given to elevate the life quality in those workers’ work in what refers to the environmental and organizational conditions of work and consequently to improve the quality of the services of maintenance of the company.
