Cancer Infanto-Juvenile et Interventions Favorisant la Resilience : Une Revue Systematique de la Litterature

Résumé

L’objectif de la présente étude a été de réaliser une revue systématique de la littérature (RSL) concernant les programmes d’intervention visant à promouvoir la résilience chez les enfants et adolescents ayant reçu un diagnostic de cancer. Le protocole PRISMA a été adopté et les bases de données consultées ont été PUBMED, PsycINFO, SciELO, PePSIC, LILACS et IndexPsi. Parmi les 508 publications consultées initialement, six articles ont été retenus dans le corpus d’analyse. Les résultats ont indiqué qu’il existe peu de publications de cette envergure et que les recherches se concentrent sur la réalité nord-américaine. Aucun programme d’intervention promouvant la résilience destinée aux enfants n’a été identifié, ce qui révèle un domaine inexploré et fécond. Les interventions analysées ont été soumises à des processus de validation scientifique et, de manière générale, indiquent des résultats efficaces et prometteurs.
