Abstract

This article presents an introduction abont the so called sharing budget. This subject has its approaching parting from the cities of Porto Alegre – State of Rio Grande do Sul and from a little town in Ceará – Icapuí. The work explains fundamental features of this experiment, pointing out its specific aspects, as wellas, in general, tries to discover limits and possibilities of the sharing budget, as a mecanism of public administration democratization and also power socialization.
