Abstract

This article debate conditions for the implementation of distance training in institutions of higher education. Indicates, in particular, the need for preparation for training and, more particularly, highlights the importance of developing skills of communication, collaboration and technological training of the actors involved in distance education in teaching. We also emphasized the Pillars of Education as the basis and prerequisite for contemporary education. In particular, conceives itself to distance training as an expansion of educational opportunities, therefore, in line with the foundations of education today, because the exercises autonomy and extends the access to knowledge, giving new determination to practice pedagogical training in the exercise of citizenship.
