Epistemological obstacle in process of law school

The importance of the issue of “epistemological obstacles in the teaching process of law” is, one, the vast expansion of faculties of law that occurs in Brazil and, consequently, the urgency of which there are more efficient ways of transmission of legal knowledge So that they can make real lawyers; two, to, increasingly common, there are students seeking seats in a second graduation from college, in the course of law, so that these “veterans”, even though Bring the empirical knowledge of the law, not make them an obstacle to his knowledge search for new knowledge. There was this work dividing it into three stages. At first it presents, in summary form, the epistemology of Gaston Bachelard, bringing up the concepts necessary for understanding by the reader of matter dealt with here, then sets out various epistemological obstacles identified by Bachelard, which contribute negatively in progress the knowledge and, finally, are suggested ways of overcoming the obstacles that hinder the legal knowledge, alerting the teachers of this area in order to seek better know their students so as to identify the obstacles in your classroom, overcome - them and give their orientandos the real legal expertise.
