Abstract

The first aids given by a health professional to a patient with multiple facial traumatisms are very decisive for the prognosis. Knowing about the importance of the first aids, the objective of this study is to inform and to help the victims to establish the correct diagnosis providing ideas about the right way to give immediate help to the patients. The assistance is given in a sequential way with several stages being carried out simultaneously. With the purpose to make the understanding easier, we divided pedagogically the research in two main parts: the general treatment and the local treatment, based upon a bibliographic review.
