When publishing in the Technology Journal, authors retain the copyright of their article and agree to license their work using a Creative Commons Attribution International Public License (CC BY-NC 4.0), thereby accepting the terms and conditions of this license. The CC BY-NC 4.0 license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the published article, even for commercial purposes, provided they give appropriate credit to the creators of the work (article authors).

Authors grant the Technology Journal the right of first publication, to identify itself as the original publisher of the work, and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to use the work in the following ways: (1) sell and/or distribute the work in printed copies and/or electronic format; (2) distribute parts and/or the work as a whole for the purpose of promoting the journal through the internet and other digital and printed media; (3) record and reproduce the work in any format, including digital media.

With this license, authors may enter into separate additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in this journal (for example, publishing in an institutional repository or as a book chapter), with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in the Technology Journal.
