Diretrizes de tecnologia da informação: uma proposta para as micro e pequenas empresas do Nordeste do Brasil.

Abstract

This work has the main objective to suggest a proposal of guidelines of policies to be used with the Information Technology - IT resources with micro and small enterprises – MSE’s – in the Northeast of Brazil. It was done a study to discover what policies have been used in the Northeastern States, specifi cally in Ceará, Pernambuco, Maranhão e Sergipe; besides a diversity of aspects for the elaboration of the proposal. It was considered a wide context that deals with social inclusion based on digital inclusion of the society and micro enterprises which means in Brazil the improvement of new jobs as well the population income. It is observed that the micro entrepreneurs of the studies of cases induced and had been stimulated to use the IT to improve its businesses. This sample the necessity of creation of one governmental politics that induces the small enterprises to consider the technology a strategical element for its fi nancial success. This proposal was also applied in two practical situations in the commerce sector, where it was observed that the good utilization of the IT resources was relevant, bringing out tangible and intangible benefi ts to. This work suggests that the businessman still do not respect the power of IT.
