Eventhough the Civil Construction is frequentely beingcalled as a low progress índustry, some things are happening to,change the qualíty of the sector. The INOVACGN-CE i& one of the exampws of- acti-on of íffrovement through, cooperation. ln thís project six areas related to construction's technology for impíementatic>n ín the companies were chosen, Eleven Civil Construction Companies, fivé institutions, national and local, consultant tookpart of theprogram. Each subject was taught by a national consultant, and after some practice was adapted in each company by thc permanent group. This cooperating project allowed the recycling of participants abour . construction tecnofogy and development of human resources of these institutions
