Por que optar pela qualidade?

Abstract

There has been an increasing dernand for quality in construction services, which has led to a critical reflection about the methodologies that have been practiced by a great number of companies, which, in turn, have shown to be still very deficient in regard to quality matters and, therefore, require a systematic an specific treatment, given the relevance of the quality subject in today's business environment. This study presents some arguments which gives relevance of quality on civil constructions, not considering that it is forgotten, but, nowadays, it is a secundary priority feature, leaving precedings for development of a professional quality program which can make be pussible to the management to control the costs.
