Abstract

The present work reports the importance of the decision support systems, as well as it discourses on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that, nowadays, is one of the most used decision support tools. So, to illustrate didactically the principal AHP characteristics, a system was modeled in order to analyze which factors influence on residential sales speed. Since they are very important during a constructorcorporation decision take of whether to construct or not a residential project.
