Abstract

This papers deals with the energy imertion in human activities since its primitive application up to the nowadays transition in the Information Age. It is explained the necessary energy generation with minimun environment and biophysical impacts. It is showed the electrical energy relevance in quality of life as well as in the Human. Development Index HDI improvement, focusing the Mercosul's members.
