Abstract

Presently, the concept of joint ownwership, where people live and work is increasing as an alternative for living in urban settlements. Thus, effective maintenance (including costs) is mandatory. Building maintenance must provide safety, reability and conservation. Essential tools for reaching these targets are the Total Productive Maintenance and the Outsourcing. However, they must be in accordance with JIT/TQC.
