Abstract

This work searchs to show the variation of the surface finishing of workpiece machining for conventional manufacturing processes, as turning, with and without cutting fluid, using cubic boron nitride (CBN) and ceramics cutting tools. The present work is concerned with turning of the ABNT/SAE 1045 steel. The cutting parameters had varied with speed and feed rate.
