The Body’s in Question A philosophy aproximation

Abstract

The present article tries to point out the question of the body in a philosophical perspective. It is a scientific point of view, having as a theoretical support philosophers and social scientists whose thoughts are acts of social liability. The question of the body became relevant in our society for its ambiguity. On a hand, the ideal of a “built” kind of body, in terms of gym, special food, physical proceedings and so on, at the other hand bodies tortured by hunger, poverty, social exclusion. Our intetion here was to show up a deep contraditory relationship, nowadays, which put apart important implications in the improvement of human body in its physical and social perspective.
