The postulate of the strategy mediation between personality factors and entrepreneurial success was organized through the supposition of the moderation of determinated national-cultural aspects. It was intended to find the potential influence of cultural conditions on the efficacy of entrepreneurial strategies. Determinated entrepreneurial strategies were related to value dimensions based on Hofstede (1994) and socio-economic demensions based upon Frese (1998). Intercultural differences for the efficacy and mediation role of these entrepreneurial strategies were postulated related to psychological theorems based on the strong differences between the researched national cultures what concerns the value and socio-economic dimensions „Power Distance“ and “environmental hostility”. The empirical results proved that the strategies that correspond to different dimensions are according to the prognostics, differently efficacious. Since the known differences in the value dimensions it was possible to forsee, which entrepreneurial strategie has more efficacy in which culture.
