Reflections about museums’ educational role

Abstract

This article aims to develop a reflection about the potencial educational poder of museums, discussing the reasons which take to a subutilization of them in their historic perspective; a possible nearness with several knowledge areas with the universities and with society, a whole. At last, it is proceeded an analysis about the impactct they cause in building of knowledge’s society. Keywords: museums; citizenship; education; knowledge’s society.
