Memory, history and Memory institutions.

Abstract

This papper analyses questions related to Memory and the form how to the historian can deal with it, through the so called Memory Institutions, that, in case, are the museums. The analysis focused tree different museums’ spaces in Latin America: The National Anthropologie Museum, in Mexico; The National Historic Museum, in Chile, and the Republic Museum, in Brasil, in order to verify, in them, how it was strutureded the National Memory, specially trhough permanent exibitions.
