This article summarizes some aspects dealt in the author’s Master Course Dissertation (title: Art Psychology – a way for the author-subject comprehension), concerned with the context of how the process of signification occurs, as a whole, when a subject of art, in our case, artists from Ceará, begins to build his work (painting or sculpture). There is a universal scope in the very act of creation, in spite of huge diversity in style, conceptions, techniques and choice of material tools. We based the structure of this work on categories such as Individuation, Feelings, Subjectivation and Art Therapy. The research used personal interviews with selected artists, in which it was possible to find out scientific elaboration, thoughts and creative practice. Keywords: Individuation feelings; Subjectivation and art therapy.Downloads
