The work in modern society has been recognized as a determining factor in the process of humanization of man, an element capable of modifying the conditions of existence of society itself. For this reason, the situation of unemployment faced by most of the working class has consequences that affect directly the formation of the subjectivity of workers in unemployment. In order to ascertain how this situation is being faced by those who are unemployed is that the research was conducted in an attempt to understand how the act of work is perceived by those who are outside the labor market and what the consequences that such exclusion has been causing in their subjectivity? Thus, this research has been a study of theoretical and practical reality of the labor market, a collaboration to the understanding of the issues that unemployment causes in shaping the life of man.
