Abstract

This article aims to present and implement the concept of positioning (Maingueneau, 2001). For practical demonstration of the concept, will be taken as a corpus of songs looked at four of the composer Maranhense Zeca Baleiro: Serpente, Pedra de responsa and Ê boi e Boi de haxixe. We have, indeed, the purpose of defining what the position can be detected in that body of literary-musical works. Dialógica1 Considering the nature of any discourse, this analysis will focus on an aspect of this dialogue: the intertextuality. So proceed, because the relevance of this linguistic phenomenon that determines the rule of intertext on the text (FIORIN, 2003, p. 4) is essential for defining the position that we enseja point.
