For authors: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a signed “Submission Letter,” in which the authors declare that the work is original and unpublished, take full responsibility for the ethical aspects of the work as well as for its authorship, and confirm that the material is not under consideration or has not been submitted to another journal or any other form of publication.

Upon approval of the manuscript, the authors retain the copyright of the work and grant Revista Subjetividades the right of first publication under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY-NC), which allows the work to be shared and adapted, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and to the initial publication in Revista Subjetividades.

Authors may enter into additional, non-exclusive contractual agreements for the distribution of the published version of the work in Revista Subjetividades (for example, to deposit it in an institutional repository or to include it in a book), provided that proper acknowledgment is given to its original publication in Revista Subjetividades.

Authors also grant Revista Subjetividades a non-exclusive license to use the work as follows: (1) to sell and/or distribute the work in printed or electronic formats; (2) to distribute parts or the entire work for the purpose of promoting the journal through the internet and other digital media; and (3) to record and reproduce the work in any format, including digital media.
